WHAT IS THE CHANGEABILITY ASSESSMENT?

The Changeability Assessment is a diagnostic tool developed by Prof. Michael Jarrett to help organizations to audit their capability to change. As an in-depth research-based tool, it examines how people experience in the organizations across five Changeability dimensions in conjunction with their environmental context. The result provides data to identify gaps and opportunities and help its users to generate insights for their organizational development and strategic decisions for change.

It is based on the premise that high performing companies are capable to respond to their external environment and can be internally structured to change quickly and effectively. Based on Professor Michael Jarrett’s research conducted with more than 255 strategic business units across multiple industries, the questions are psychometrically-validated and carefully designed to deliver an insightful organizational diagnosis. To date, the Changeability Assessment has been taken by more than 300 organizations (and 50,000+ participants) worldwide.
